Starting at a new yoga studio has inspired me to create some fresh playlists, so I’m sharing another one today! I’m obsessed with this playlist because it can be played for basically any type of practice, from gentle to dynamic. I’ve used it for my slow flows as well as for my intermediate vinyasa classes.
The first song is awesome for an extended meditation time or some warm-up movements. I love love LOVE “Rainy Streets” by Blue in Green for that magical time when you’re really starting to feelyour practice and get in tune with the rhythm of your breath. I’m also really into “Hammock Therapy” by Shpongle for savasana. It has such sweet tones that help me melt into stillness.
